Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  You provide a full 360° video recording of the unboxing, taken from the moment the sealed package is shown until the product is fully unpacked.
  

Important:

Returns will not be accepted if:

  You “don’t like the product” or changed your mind.
  
• 
  The item shows signs of wear, use, resizing, or alteration.
  
• 
  You cannot provide the required 360° unboxing video as evidence.
  

Unboxing Video Requirements

To qualify for a return, the video must:

  Show the sealed package from all angles.
  
• 
  Capture the entire opening process without cuts or edits.
  
• 
  Clearly show the product’s condition upon unboxing.
  

This helps us ensure authenticity of claims and protects both our customers and our brand.

Return Window

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report valid issues and submit the required unboxing video.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved:

Refunds
