Thank you for shopping with KSJewells. Every product is crafted with care, and we aim to provide the best quality possible. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns for “Change of Mind” or Dislike
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- You do not like the product
- Change of mind after purchase
- Choosing the wrong size, design, or color
- Personal preference or taste
Since all jewellery pieces are handcrafted and thoroughly quality checked before dispatch, we are unable to process returns based solely on personal preference.
2. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video for Return/Replacement Eligibility
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, a full 360° unboxing video is required to file a return request.
The unboxing video MUST meet the following conditions:
- Video must begin before opening the package (parcel must be fully sealed).
- The entire unboxing must be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts, edits, or pauses.
- The video must clearly show:
- Shipping label
- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
- The product from all angles (360° view)
- Visible damage or issue (if any)
- Video should be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Without this mandatory unboxing video, no return, refund, or replacement will be approved.
3. Conditions for Return Approval
We only accept returns if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is defective upon arrival
Note: Natural variations in stones, minor manufacturing marks, and small polish differences are normal in handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers
- Gift cards
- Products without an approved unboxing video
5. Replacement Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
- Store credit if replacement is not possible
Refunds are not provided.

7. Important Notes
- Return approval is strictly at the discretion of KSJewells after reviewing evidence.
- Any tampering with packaging or missing unboxing video will void the return request.
- Returns without proper proof of damage will not be accepted.
