All jewellery pieces at KSJewells are handcrafted with precision and care. Due to this, we require a standard making time for every order:
- Making Time: 7 business days (1 week)
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience as we ensure top-quality craftsmanship.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Once your jewellery is crafted and ready, it will be shipped through trusted courier partners.
- Domestic Delivery Time: 3β7 business days after the making time.
- Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the package is dispatched.
- Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier workload, or unforeseen delays.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using secure and reliable international courier services.
- International Delivery Time: 10β15 business days after the making time.
- Shipping charges may vary depending on destination country and package weight.
- Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if any) must be paid by the customer.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Remote or restricted areas
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections (for international orders)
- Courier delays
KSJewells is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
6. Incorrect Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may face delays or be returned. Any reshipping charges will be the customerβs responsibility.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS to track your shipment in real time.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you must provide a mandatory 360Β° unboxing video starting before opening the package in order to claim any compensation.
For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner, but final resolution depends on the courierβs investigation.
